Why Get an Inspection
When getting a VA, FHA, Government, or even some conventional loans, you will need an inspection done at the property you are either planning to sell or buy.
OR If you plan on adding any additions to your home you will always be required to get an inspection.

What’s Included
During an Inspection there are many important steps that need to be done to give us the best idea of the condition of your septic system.
The septic tank will need to be pumped down to make sure no fluid flows back from the drainfield, this is only if the tank has not been pumped out within the last year.
The tank will also be inspected for any breakage or cracks; along with checking to see that the baffle or filter is in place.
Measurements will be taken to tell location of drainfield, septic tank, & the well to make sure your system is up to code.
At every inspection there will be a diagram drawn up and sent to the client along with notes stating the condition of their system.
